Movilidad en las etapas de cambio mediante el estado motivacional en sujetos que asisten a la Secretaria de Prevención y Asistencia de las Adicciones de la Provincia de Córdoba / Lucio M. Mansilla

Secretaría de Graduados en Ciencias de la Salud, 2017 Resumen: El objetivo del presente trabajo es evaluar los estadios motivacionales y realizar un seguimiento al tercer mes de iniciadas las intervenciones en las personas que arriban al área de asistencia de la Secretaria de Prevención y Asistencia de las Adicciones de la Provincia de Córdoba. Para esto se utilizó el instrumento de evaluación de motivación para el cambio (SÓCRATES), que distingue tres etapas; percepción de problema, preparación para el cambio y emprendimiento para el cambio. Los resultados del estudio sugieren que el incremento de la motivación favorece la permanencia en el tratamiento, además se identificaron modificaciones significativas en la dimensión emprendimiento, en sujetos que lograron permanecer en el tratamiento al tercer mes, mientras que aquellos que abandonaron el programa no registraron cambios sustanciales en dicha categoría. Se caracterizó también el perfil sociodemográfico de la muestra, donde se encontró que el acompañamiento familiar, estar desocupado y asistir sin obligatoriedad judicial pueden ser factores con algún grado de incidencia en la posibilidad de generar adherencia al tratamiento.Resumen: The objective of the present study is to evaluate the motivational stages and follow up the third month of the interventions initiated in the people that arrive at the assistance area of the Secretary of Prevention and Assistance of the Addictions of the Province of Córdoba. For this purpose, the instrument of motivation evaluation for change (SOCRATES) was used. It´s distinguishes three stages; Perception of problem, preparation for change and entrepreneurship for change. The results of the study suggest that increased motivation favourstreatment permanence. In addition, significant changes were identified in the entrepreneurship dimension in subjects who were able to remain in the treatment at the third month, while those who left the program didn´t register substantial changes in this category.
